14 Jun Cream Honey Vinegar and Oil Dressing
One tablespoons canola oil
One quarter cup of white vinegar
Three tablespoons cream honey
One quarter to one half teaspoon of salt and pepper (depending on taste)
Whisk canola oil and white vinegar in a small bowl. Whisk in 1 tablespoon of cream honey at a time with the canola oil and white vinegar mixture.
Mixture will be a little thick at first but keep whisking the 3 ingredients together, 1 tablespoon of cream honey at a time, and mixture will turn to liquid. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Increase the ingredients for additional servings.
Serve immediately so that mixture does not thicken up. Chilling is optional.
Servings: 2-3 servings.
