Cream Honey Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

Plain Light and Fit yogurt (or whichever yogurt you love to use)

Blackberries

Blueberries

Strawberries

Rasberries

Black Grapes

One third cup of bananas

1 teaspoon Flaxseed

1 teaspoon Chia Seeds

1 teaspoon Sunflower Seeds

One half cup of Belgium BelVita breakfast biscuits (crumbled)

Top with a dollop of Fowler Cream Honey

Directions

Layer in the order of your choice.  Refrigerate (optional).
